Privacy Policy

Quotation is operated by Cyril Mukendi Mulumba, a sole proprietor registered in France, contact@1clic.eu. This policy covers two groups of people: the customers who receive our messages, and the businesses that use Quotation.

You received a message sent through Quotation

The business that sent you the estimate or invoice, whose name appears in the message, decided to use Quotation to follow up with you. We process your information only on its behalf and for nothing else. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

• Information: your name, email address, possibly your phone number, the details of the estimate or invoice (number, description, amount, dates) and the answers you give on the answer page (choice, message, promised payment date).
• Purpose: reminding you about the estimate or invoice, and passing your answer to the business.
• Limits: a limited number of messages, Monday to Friday during business hours, never on federal holidays.
• Opting out: every message has a link to stop the reminders. One click is enough: no more messages will be sent to you about that document.
• Retention: as long as the business follows the document in Quotation; deleted when it deletes the document or leaves the service.

To access, correct or delete your information, contact the business first by replying to its message. You can also write to contact@1clic.eu and we will pass your request on.

You use Quotation

• Information: your email address, name, business name, phone number, reply-to address, business mailing address, the payment instructions you show your customers, your settings, the date you accepted the Terms, the login history needed to keep your account secure and, if you subscribe, your subscription status (plan, renewal date, Stripe customer ID). Card details are entered directly with Stripe: we never see them.
• Purpose: providing the service (login, sending reminders in your name, notifications, the Monday report), managing your subscription and contacting you about your account.
• Retention: while you use the service, then deleted within 30 days after your account closes. Invoices and payment records are kept by Stripe and by us for 10 years, as French commercial law requires.

Cookies

Quotation uses no advertising or analytics cookies. A single cookie is set, only when you log in, to keep your session open (30 days at most). It is strictly necessary for the service.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Login uses a single-use link valid for 15 minutes, without a password. Login links and sessions are only stored as hashes, and each customer can only open their own document, through a personal link that cannot be guessed.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosting of the service, its database (located in Western Europe) and PDF files; automatic reading of PDFs by AI (Workers AI).
• Resend: sending emails.
• Anthropic: automatic reading of PDFs by AI (Claude), when that mode is on. Documents are not used to train its models.
• Stripe: subscription payments (cards, invoices). It receives no information about your customers.

Your information may be processed in the United States and in the European Union.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing”. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. Write to contact@1clic.eu: we answer within 30 days.

Quotation is a service for businesses and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
