Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026.
1. Who we are and what Quotation does
Quotation is an online service, available at quotation.1clic.eu, that sends polite follow-up emails, in your name, to the customers to whom you sent an estimate or an invoice. It is operated by Cyril Mukendi Mulumba, a sole proprietor registered in France (SIREN 991 227 414), 1 rue du Mont Gargan, 87380 Saint-Vitte-sur-Briance, France, contact@1clic.eu (“we”, “us”). These Terms apply to any use of the service by a business (“you”). The Privacy Policy is part of them.
2. Your account
Quotation is for businesses only, not for personal or household use. You create your account online by accepting these Terms and confirm your email address by opening the link we send you. You give accurate information, including the name that signs your reminders and your business mailing address, which US law requires in your emails. You log in with a link sent to your email address: keep access to that mailbox secure.
3. How follow-ups work
- Messages are sent in your name and signed with your name and business name. Customers’ replies go to the address in your settings.
- For US accounts, messages go out Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm in your time zone, never on federal holidays, with at least two days between two messages to the same customer. You can adjust the default schedule within the limits the service sets (at most four messages for an estimate, and about three months of follow-up for an invoice).
- Every message includes your business mailing address and a link that lets the customer stop the reminders. That choice is final for the document concerned.
- Any answer from the customer pauses the follow-ups, and you are notified by email.
4. What Quotation does not do
Quotation never collects money on your behalf, is not a debt collector and does not collect debts for you, and does not create or change your estimates and invoices. Your customers pay you directly. Any collection action, including a demand letter or a collection agency, is your decision and your responsibility.
5. Your commitments
- Only add real estimates and invoices, sent to your own customers, with accurate information (amounts, dates, contact details).
- Have the right to email those customers about their estimate or invoice, and comply with the laws that apply to you, including the CAN-SPAM Act and state consumer and debt-collection laws.
- Keep the status of your documents up to date (estimate signed, invoice paid, paused) so that no customer is reminded by mistake.
- Never use the service to send messages unrelated to an estimate or invoice.
6. Plans and payment
- Free plan. Follow up on one document (estimate or invoice) at a time, with all its reminders.
- Basic: $21 per month. Up to 10 new estimates or invoices added per calendar month.
- Pro: $52 per month. Unlimited estimates and invoices.
Basic and Pro are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance by card through Stripe; we never see your card number. Your subscription renews automatically every month on the anniversary of your subscription date until you cancel. An invoice is available each month from the Billing page. Prices do not include sales tax, which may apply depending on your state.
No contract: from the Billing page you can, at any time:
- upgrade: the change is immediate, and the price difference for the rest of the current month is charged right away;
- downgrade: the change takes effect at the end of the month already paid, without a refund;
- cancel: your subscription stays active until the end of the month already paid, then your account moves to the Free plan. The month already started is not refunded.
If a payment fails, we retry for up to two weeks while your plan stays active, and ask you to update your card. Without payment after that, your subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan; documents already added keep being followed up until the end of their schedule. We tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change, and you can then cancel at no cost.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it: maintenance or technical issues may interrupt it. Email delivery also depends on your customers’ mail providers, which may file messages as spam.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any outcome of the follow-ups (signature, payment), and we are not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate information you enter. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Ending your account
You can download your data (documents and history) from your Settings at any time, and close your account there (“Delete my account”) or by writing to contact@1clic.eu. Your follow-ups stop immediately and your data is deleted for good 30 days later; until then, you can cancel the request by writing to the same address. We may suspend an account used against these Terms, in particular to send unwanted messages.
10. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these Terms; we will tell you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of France. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office will have jurisdiction. Questions: contact@1clic.eu.
